Once you click on Get Web Content . . .

1. You will provide your contact information, the web address and a brief description of your website. You will answer a few questions about your content needs and the timeframe for delivery of content.
2. A GWC content specialist will contact you at a time that you designate to gather more detailed information about your content needs and answer your questions. GWC will review your project information and, within 24 hours, send you a project specifications summary email which will include a general description of the content, delivery timeframe and price.
3. You will be provided with a link in the summary email that will allow you to return to GetWebContent.com where you can either approve the content proposal or request further consulation. Once you approve the content proposal, we will collect payment information from you and charge you for half of the total costs agreed upon for the project.
4. GWC will produce your content and provide you with progress updates to ensure that the project is moving in the desired direction in a timely manner.
5. GWC will provide you with two content review periods in which you can examine the working draft of the content and make suggestions/requests for change at no extra charge. Charges may apply for additional content review periods.
6. Once you are completly satisfied with your content, GWC will deliver your content in the format that you requested within the agreed upon timeframe. GWC will work with you to make sure that you are able to successfully post your new content to the web.
7. GWC will charge your account for the remaining balance for services.
